Great Little Stove

Works very well... Good clean burn. Mine arrived with a defective grill top. I emailed pictures of the defect to customer service and they were very quick to send a replacement no strings attached. Thanks for the great product and the great service!

Great for a quick warm-up also!

On a recent camping trip, when the person who was bringing firewood for the campfire didn't come , I was able to use this little stove as a mini-campfire. Placing it on the ground, I sat my chair in front of it and was able to warm up despite the cold wind. As for ease of use -- excellent! A suggestion: bring a little fire-starter of some sort that you can light before setting it inside the fire chamber. Using long matches is another possibility. A second suggestion: it's easy to set up -- big holes on the bottom; smaller, inside holes go on top. The tricky part for me was remembering how to repack it; it's not quite intuitive (for me). So, as you unpack this little stove for the first time, make a note of how the parts are packed - especially those parts that must be turned upside down to fit back in its bag. And Suggestion 3: I pack the Gas One inside an MSR 1.3 L pot w folding handle, which then fits inside the Gas One bag.

Nicely Built. Absolutely no instuctions to be found anywhere

In person, the size of it is fine. All the parts seem to fit together well, assuming I assembled it correctly. The included mesh bag seems to be made of decently thick nylon material. However, I am left with a few questions and the 32 second video at this site only offers loud rock music and no discussion of assembly or use. Oddly enough their Amazon "store" has more pictures to illustrate use cases than Gas One's website.

I'd give 3 stars to the stove's fit and finish because one of the folding stove supports is spot welded on crooked. A zero for the documents.

OLD Buckeye!! Be prepared!

For its size this is a good stove, if you learn how to use it properly. I have used wood burning stoves for many years. I have burned small hardwoods in this as well as wood pellets. This little stove could save your life in an emergency situation. It pays to be prepared for the unexpected times that we have in this life.
