    I was satisfied with the help at gas one- fast shipping as well. As for the product- this was a gift so not sure yet how it works. The unit is compact and is a great design. Very small for car camping and camping with limited space. I found more info by copy and pasting this title of stove into my search bar and searched under 'videos' which will give you more of an idea of the size and functioning with the videos that come up. Happy with the purchase so far

    Bought this product and the corresponding butane canisters, used it for the first time last weekend, and it barely cooks at all. We cooked NY strip steak that should take less than 2-3 minutes per side to cook rare like I enjoy it. But on this stove, it literally took 20-25 mins to cook, and it still wasn't completely cooked. Even for rare steak. Then in the morning when trying to cook eggs, we spent over 15 minutes trying to cook them, and they never got beyond runny in our pan. We believe this stove is incapable of reaching the required temperatures it takes to actually cook food. We brought out my friend's stove, and it cooked the eggs in 3 minutes.

    Unless I was sent a defective product, I would honestly never recommend this product to anyone. Spend your money elsewhere.

    I wanted to like it

    I was looking for a super portable stove solution and I thought this would be it. Unfortunately, there are 2 main complaints I have about it. 1, the case it comes in is so cheap. I guess I should expect that from a $50 stove, but seriously frustrating trying to put this stove back in it's cheap plastic case. You have to find the absolute perfect fit for it to finally lock shut. I've had several friends try and we all just became super frustrated with it. 2, it outputs very little heat. I have a tiny backpacking MSR stove that boiled the water 10x faster than this stove. And this was in perfect conditions. No wind, no cold, low elevation camping. I plan to put it up for sale on craigslist and buy something else.

    Fantastic product!

    If I could give 10 stars I would! Open the package setup in 18 seconds than boiled 2 cups of water in around 3 minutes. Best product purchased in along time top top top quality!

    So damn anemic.

    Nice compact design, reasonably well built considering its portability.
    But, why not provide a more powerful burner?
    You have other stoves with 11,000, 12,000, 15,000 btu burners.
    Put that technology into this stove and you will have a winner.
    $50 for one of your weakest units is too much.
