15,000 BTU DUAL FUEL STOVE

am trying to contact the seller, but I am unable to reach them. The product arrived incomplete and does not match the listed specifications. It was advertised that an adapter for a larger gas cylinder should be included, but it was missing. Only one gas stove was in the package.

If the seller sees this message, please contact me as soon as possible.

My stove is phenomenal. Absolutely love it. Couldn't be better. So, why 4 stars? Every time I open it, I struggle to put the propane regulator pipe away. If you don't do it perfectly, it started too tall and the stove top won't fit on it all the way. Then it won't fit in it's case. Could you please put a sticker showing how to stow the part? I suspect many people had a similar problem because it is now sold with a hose instead. So, please a quick video, a sticker, instructions on the website. You will get your fifth star when I get instructions on how to pack the stove to fit in the case.

Compact and easy to use. With 15000btu it really cooks. A better case would be nicer.

Car campers delight! Output and build quality are what your buying, propane & butane compatibility are a bonus- I bought for propane (green Coleman tank) use specifically. It boils and simmers, and is plenty portable; if I were to pick nits, I'd chase down a proper case for long term back of the truck abuse...

I have bought two of these, they are perfect. The flame is huge, right for round bottom wok.

Well built and flame control is great but butane can still gets cold and slows down the flame.

I'm too happy with the size and BTU!

I purchased this stove almost three years ago and it has worked flawlessly... until last week. I camp a lot in the winter, so I wanted the dual fuel capability because butane won't burn effectively below 39 degrees (Fahrenheit). Last week, however, the plastic control knob broke. I spoke with Gas One this afternoon about getting a replacement knob. There is no replacement knob - I must buy a new stove. "Sucks being you".
So, I've got to buy a $60.00 stove to replace that $3.00 knob????
I would recommend not buying anything from these people based on their customer service.

Had to try the stove in the garage. It all seems good. Even on A 20 yr. old 16oz propane tank, it fired right up. Ready to go out in the field.

No hose for propane ? Now appears to have the same funky metal tube for Propane Can that Coleman uses.

I got one from Amazon. It burns great. It burns clean and hot. It simmers very well. It has good wind protection. It allows me to use either butane or propane. I love it... EXCEPT one of the pot supports is higher and anything I set on it has a wobble that makes me wish, despite the fact that it's ALMOST great... wish I had not bought it. A new stove should not wobble, or have any annoying defect. I think quality control is not quite what it should be.

We got a stove back then. It worked pretty good. Burners adjusted. I bought a propane version of it a few years ago - It had two settings. High flame, and off. This Gas One stove, which I had never heard of, has a nicely adjustable burner, from low, low, low smoothly to "let's boil a gallon or so of water right NOW!"I like the auto sparker too. It'll be hooked up to a 20 gallon tank for when I do omelets for the crew.

Have a 20# propane but this won't stay lit. Bought from Amazon, really need a good propane stove. Can anyone help. Is this an issue with tank pressure?

My first review, was "I have camped most of my Adult/60 life. Coleman has Always been my Only Choice Stove, Until Now. This is the Finest Stove..........." Now, after using the stove for one trip to NE Fall Colors, somewhere between the Large Metal Coleman Coffee Pot, the 15k (3900 series) heat output, and your Heat Shield on three sides of the stove base, the Metal Plate supporting the cooking utensil, has WARPED, and now all Four (4) support fins, are NOT on the same plane, and now whatever cooking utensil on top of the stove, rocks back and forth and is extremely annoying for such a fine stove in ALL other respects! Please help??? Thanks, Dave

One of the best stoves i ever owned . compact portable. great heat fast. great stove to own.

I have not used this outdoors yet but the built in windscreen looks like it will help. Flame control is very good on this stove and allows a very low simmer setting. I am disappointed that one of the pot support prongs is bent down which causes smaller diameter coffee pots/pans to wobble. It does not look possible to bend this back up without breaking the attachment point.

Clean, compact. Took a little effort to find the butane canisters. Love it.
