upset it messed up my crabbing trip! Parts missing

Well I got the model #B5120 item # 5130020 and I can't write a review as it came with missing parts! The spring and airflow plate were not there so I have to send it back! And that kinda sucks as it came just before a big crabbing trip and was hoping to boil the crab we caught but another one won't come in time so I'm going to have to just purchase a burner outright from a store! Very inconvenient! And I'm pretty bummed about it!
